Helena Torras, is truly phenomenal!

Her life story is like a lesson in entrepreneurship. Everything written about her, every achievement that has come her way, every impact that she has created, brings forth her spirit of being a Creator and Connector. Helena’s expansive creations span Industries and Countries.

To introduce her briefly, Helena is Venture Partner at Hans(wo)menGroup, Independent Board Director at Lucta and Mastertech and Managing partner of Paocapital, Her previous experience includes being Co-founder of WeRock Capital, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at B-wom, Supporting Partner at Calm/Storm Ventures, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Operations & Board Member at Abiquo. She is Mentor in several organizations, Board member at Barcelona Tech City, ambassador at Barcelona Health Hub and The Collider, and was bord member at ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship, and Advertising association of Catalonia and Circulo Ecuestre.

Her mission is to promote the tech startup mindset in the society, and to ensure that women are not left behind. With her work that traverses many countries, she is inspired by the motive to create a better society that embraces everyone.

What does success mean to her today?

“When I was young, I used to thing that success was one thing. Now, my thoughts are very different. I think that success is achieving what you really want and living your life with integrity, being yourself, authentic and enjoying every single day. Because we are not the title on our business cards. We are our values, our behavior and how we treat people.”
